Athletic Clearance Info

Anyone attending a tryout/practice session for any AIA sport MUST be fully cleared through Aktivate (sport marked COMPLETE) and appear on the coach's CLEARED ROSTER in order to attend or participate in any way.

* Physicals performed anytime after March 1 of the current school year will be valid for the following school year.

* WAIT for the AIA forms to be released and Aktivate to open the following year portal.

*ONLY the AIA Physical Forms labeled for the upcoming year will be accepted

How to Setup an Aktivate Account (Parents)

❏ Click on the link above for Aktivate
❏ Select the SPORT that you are interested in and click on Aktivate in the right-side menu
❏ Click Login
❏ Click Create an Account (You only need ONE family account, even if your athletes are in different grades)
❏ Fill in your personal account information
❏ You will be using the site as a Parent
❏ Click Submit

Once you have an account:
❏ Login
❏ Click Parent button
❏ Click Start/Complete a Registration then proceed
❏ Click on the red bars to complete all requirements in the recommended order

*Please Note: The ATHLETE only needs to complete the Hazing course, Brain Book and Opioid Education courses ONE time during their high school sports career. Once you turn in the certificate, Aktivate will roll it over each year. You do not need to reprint the certificate.

FULLY CLEARED Athletes will be listed on the Cleared Roster delivered to Coaches each day of tryouts. ONLY Athletes on this list will be permitted to participate in any tryout or practice.

Reminder: ONLY transfer students that attended a high school that was NOT ACPHS last year must complete the AIA Transfer form. Freshman are NOT considered transfers unless they attended a different high school during their freshman year.

How to ADD a School to your Current Aktivate Account

Begin your New Registration for the sport(s) you plan to tryout for next school year

Click on Select School
The next screen will show your current school registration(s). Simply start typing in Arizona College Prep and you will be able to select the High School campus.

Continue with the regular Aktivate process to complete your Athletic Clearance
